The 52mm Carbon Fiber Tri-Rail only fits airguns with a 52mm air tube, AEA and Karma specifically. It is a precision built part. Do not attempt to install it on any other air tube or bottle of a larger size.

***MAKE SURE THE RIFLE IS IN A SAFE CONFIGURATION BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION***

Again…***MAKE SURE THE RIFLE IS IN A SAFE CONFIGURATION BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION***

1. For a proper fitment set the air tube pressure of your airgun around 150bar prior to installation.

2. Loosen the 4 M4x12mm flat head screws using a 2.5mm allen key. You do not need to fully remove the screws.

3. Make sure your air tube and the inner surface of the Tri-Rail is free of dust or debris, including any adhesive from stickers. Do not install over a sticker. Once this is done slide the Tri-Rail onto the air tube.

4. Select you preferred position anywhere along the length of the air tube and center the Tri-Rail.

5. Tighten the screws using an alternating pattern as shown in the image below. We recommend going around this pattern 2 times and on the second pass tightening them all the way down.

***IMPORTANT – When the screws bottom out (stop turning) the Tri-Rail is secure. Further tightening will only lead to stretched or stripped threads not a more secure Tri-Rail***

If you experience the screws loosening over time you can apply a threadlocker (non-permanent), do not use a permanent version. We recommend a product called Vibra-Tite VC-3.

Install your desired M-Lok compatible accessories and you are ready to go!
